Overview of the College

We provide high-quality professional training in Sapporo, Hokkaido, to the next generation of confectionery and culinary professionals.
Our school is located in Sapporo, Hokkaido (Japan’s northern island), a city considered by many international students to be the most comfortable place to live and study. Our extensive network of 43 sister schools across Japan enables international students to search for employment not only in Sapporo but also throughout Japan.

Pâtissier Department (Daytime 2-Year Program)

パティシエ科

With more than 200 recipes to master, our curriculum gives students the essential skills and fosters the depth of character crucial for a successful career as a professional pâtissier.
The word pâtissier“means "confectionery artisan” in French.
A pâtissier is a person who has specially mastered the techniques of creating western confectionery and desserts. For professional pâtissiers, hearing the word “delicious” many times over is perhaps their most satisfying reward.

Chef Department (Daytime 2-Year Program)

PointMaster French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine, as well as a vast array of recipes

Our core curriculum focuses on Western cuisine (including French and Italian cuisine), but also gives a real insight into a wide range of food cultures from around the world. Our programs also include Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and students gain the key skills and knowledge to give them a wide choice of career opportunities.

Our unique one-year curriculum offers international students a highly effective training program to enable them to realize their dream of a career primarily in the café business field. Students also master the essential techniques for bread making and confectionery creation.
